Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to gain students the ability to produce solutions using interconnected office softwares.

Course Content

Working with templates in MS Word styles, and outline the use of MS Word to use the application, document assembly and document comparison, envelope and label making, mail merge wizard, MS Word basic features of MS Excel, basic features, MS Onenote use MS InfoPath use Sharepoint server utilization, the development of business in the office solution

Week 1 - Theoretical
Tabs in word processing software, groups, and command buttons
Week 2 - Theoretical
Creating a new style, using the built-in heading styles, create envelopes, printing and saving, reviewing, monitoring changes
Week 3 - Theoretical
Create a custom bulleted lists, check boxes, and add text, template generation and template editing
Week 4 - Theoretical
Spreadsheet software, data and table concept, fast and accurate data input, changing data, conditional formatting data

The opening of the workbook, protect the replacement, to remove the protection, to connect the information from the workbook, place bridges
