Objectives of the Course

One of the most important elements of factory management and business issues related to the production function conceptually, to teach these subjects by sampling with applications related to production before, during all activity is to investigate and after.

Factory and Business concept, Businesses according to business fields and structures, Business objectives, Business functions, Management functions, Planning, Organizing, Orientation, Coordination, Control, Special topics in management, New management techniques; Total quality management, Manufacturing concept, Manufacturing methods, Quality control, Stock control, New manufacturing methods, Basic concepts of labor law, Turkish labor law: Service contracts, Strike, Lockout, Trade union.
