Objectives of the Course

This course of project management, project life cycle, work planning and control of the various methods and objectives of the project aims at teaching evaluation. Project managers the tools necessary to be discussed in this course

Course Content

In this lesson, project planning, programming and control of processes and of procedures to be related to what is happening will be described. Skills necessary for the success of a project and what are the techniques and how to do will be explained with examples.
