Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course: To provide students the basic concepts of total quality management, To understand the concept of total quality, provide information that can be applied in the workplace.

Course Content

The concept of quality, the development of the concept of quality, global competition and new management paradigms, the differences between classic management and total quality management, total quality management philosophy and principles, total quality management tools, total quality management practices, quality control circle operation, the implementation of total quality management as a process, total quality management and the importance of leadership, total quality management requirements for success, Critics of the total quality management, total quality management in Turkey, quality awards for quality applications
