The aim of this course is to gain students some skills to communicate effectively in written form; individual students in the information age in which we are providing the skills needed to meet in order to make them effective members of society; to make students interpret the data correctly, to provide data-information-knowledge to know the tools needed to design the process and to be able to use the information; to give students an ability to make sense of the information presented by the different design elements and to make them evaluate a variety of designs and objects in an effective way.
Data, information, knowledge concepts, types of literacy and information literacy, information basic concepts related to the design and principles of information design elements, visualization of the information, editing, design, chart types, chart reading, interpretation and creation, table reading, interpretation and creation, screen design, infographics, universal design guidelines
