Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to discuss the theoretical and the creation of institutional infrastructure and making determinations regarding the current application status of e-government in different aspects related to the quite concept of an important agenda into the e-government in public administration literature in recent years.

Course Content

Developments in science and technology - Changes in the understanding of the state and public administration - Opportunities and challenges presented by information (IT) technologies affecting the digital state phenomenon - Infrastructure requirements in the transition to a digital state - The transition process to an information society in Turkey and the work done - Digital state applications and examples in Turkey and the world - The future of digital state and expectations
