Objectives of the Course

Main objective of this course is to provide students’ are capable of; learning of basic concept on agricultural appraisal and expertness, improving achievement capacity for data, application and talent which will be able to assist on preparing of report and expertness.

Course Content

This course covers; property and property rights, economic principles associated with appraisal, valuation process, collection and analysis of data, methods employed and also takes into account many of the applications that are available include multi-structure in agriculture.

Learning Outcomes
1.Explain the fundamental economic and agricultural engineering theories and principles for the appraisal of agricultural assets (land, buildings, facilities, trees, and crops).
2.Ability to identify complex real estate valuation problems, select appropriate techniques including income, market, and cost approaches, and perform their mathematical calculation.
3.Design valuation processes under limited regional data and realistic legal constraints in scenarios such as expropriation, inheritance division, credit appraisal, and insurance.
4.Ability to collect land, market price, and cost data in the field required for expert witness and valuation activities, and to analyze and interpret them statistically
5.Ability to write and present official expert witness reports for courts and relevant institutions in a compliant, clear, and comprehensible manner that meets technical standards.
6.Comprehend professional/ethical responsibilities and the legal consequences of decisions within the framework of the Expert Witness Law, Expropriation Law, and International Valuation Standards (IVS).
