Description and importance of irrigation organizations, irrigation organizations from Turkey and the world, operation methods of irrigation schemes, advantages and disadvantages, participatory irrigaiton management in irrigation scehemes, transfer process of irrigation sechemes, reasons for transfer acitvities, water law, water right, water user organizations, maintenance and irrigation assistance services, irrigation water pricing policies, water table monitoring and assessment
