Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to introduce the methods followed during the use of devices and consumables in agricultural biotechnology laboratories in laboratory studies and to increase the working habits of students in laboratory conditions

Course Content

Points to be considered while working in the laboratory, use of basic laboratory materials, solution preparation, pH adjustment, sterilization, microscope use, report preparation, preparation of media for microbial studies, determination of basic organic compounds and enzymatic digestion
