Objectives of the Course

Determination of the types of microorganisms and biotechnological usage areas, obtaining information about microorganisms and biotechnological products, learning the production and packaging processes of products in industrial size.

Course Content

Microbial systems, genetic manipulations, use of microorganisms in biotechnological systems, production of cheaper, high quality, high added value products through microbial systems.
