Objectives of the Course

It is aimed to provide an understanding of the techniques used to understand and organize information from biology databases.

Course Content

Bioinformatics concept and application areas, information theory, information collection, processing and sharing, database creation and use, analysis of protein and nucleotide databases, primary design, evaluation of nucleotide and protein sequence analysis results.
