Objectives of the Course

Having information about the main points of macronutrients, hormones and enzymes theoretically. Obtaining general information about macronutrients and their metabolism. Applying these knowledge to that of several nutritional abnormalities such as inborn nutritional diseases, malnutrition and other metabolic diseases. Calculate of energy obtaining from macronutrients. Functions of hormones and enzymes as well as general information about them in the metabolism. Applying all these to that of their professional work

Carbohydrates, lipids, protein and amino acids metabolism, hormones and enzymes functions, nucleic acids as well as prune and prymidine metabolism
