1.Demonstrate and apply knowledge in a microbiology laboratory and keep a laboratory notebook
2.Demonstrate proper use and care of microscope and other delicate lab instruments as assessed during routine laboratory exercise
3.Evaluate and describe various physical and chemical methods and how they can be used to control microbial growth
4.Identify the major categories of microorganisms and analyze their classification, diversity.
5.Learn and evaluate new scientific microbiological methods
