Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to qualify about understanding and application of theoretical frameworks from the behavioral sciences and education to design and deliver food and nutrition education, promotion to various groups and to facilitate the adoption of healthful behaviors.

Nutrition education: Definitions, theoretical framework, Nutrition Education: Teaching principles and methods, Nutrition education materials: classification, types, advantages, and disadvantages social media, usage of computer and internet in nutrition education.
