Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with information on principles of nutrition for proffesional and amateur athletes, nutrition management to enhance performance, ergogenic aids, nutritional needs of athelets in special conditions.

Course Content

Body composition and weight balance, energy/ macro-micro nutrient requirements of athletes, nutrition in training, ergogenic aids, fitness and nutrition in specific cases topics covers.
