Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to teach leadership concept in nursing and to gain analytical thinking and problem solving skills.

This course includes the basic concepts, theories, principles and applications of leadership in nursing.

5.esestablish the fishbone diagram to find the causes of the problems in the clinical setting.
