Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to understand the importance of innovating and how to change the organizations in this way and to investigate and examine how this change process is managed and directed by the managers.

The main aim of this course is to explain the concept of innovation, its importance, its types, and its contribution to organization and its customers.
