1.	To be able to identify the various features of the factors in communication such as the source, the receiver, the message.
2.	To be able to recognize the features that must be obtained by the source and receiver for a proper communication
3.	To have knowledge about the skills to speak in front of people.
4.	Understands the importance of communication in the profession of tourist guiding
5.	Understands body language gestures and their meanings.
6.	Recognizes body language differences at intercultural communication.
