Objectives of the Course

The objective of the Performance Management course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for designing, implementing, and evaluating performance management systems in organizations. This course aims to teach students performance appraisal methods, feedback processes, performance improvement strategies, and reward systems. Additionally, it helps students understand the impact of effective performance management on organizational success.

Course Content

The Performance Management course covers the fundamentals of performance appraisal systems, performance criteria and indicators, appraisal methods, feedback techniques, performance improvement strategies, and reward systems. Students will learn all stages of the performance management process and acquire practical skills to improve organizational performance. The course reinforces theoretical knowledge with practical examples and case studies.
