Objectives of the Course

The objective of the "Career Management" course is to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective career planning and management. This course aims to help students understand the job market, assess career opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve their career goals. Students will learn to identify their strengths and interests, evaluate career opportunities, navigate job search and application processes, build professional networks, and acquire the skills necessary for ongoing career development.

Course Content

The "Career Management" course aims to provide students with essential skills for successful career planning and development. Over 14 weeks, students will explore various aspects of career management, including self-assessment, goal setting, job market analysis, resume and cover letter writing, job search strategies, and interview techniques. The course also covers professional communication, workplace ethics, networking, stress and time management, and continuous professional development. Through practical exercises and assignments, students will create a personalized career plan and develop strategies to achieve their career objectives. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to navigate their career paths confidently and effectively.
