Objectives of the Course

In the last years, there is a continuous change in the discipline of public administration in the world. Some factors like the change in the understanding of state caused by transition from industrial society to knowledge society, globalization and increasing economical and social expectations, and the fact that bureaucratic administration mechanism cannot respond to this change appear as the dynamics of the change. Public administration try to respond the change demands by using different strategies. Strategies developed as a response to the change make change of the public administration inevitable in the context of organizational dimension and the values dominating the public administration.
