Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to provide an understanding of the concepts of planning and audit in public administration, audit tools in public administration and planning approach in a historical perspective.

Course Content

This course covers the development of audit function from past to present, audit approaches, audit types, ombudsman audit, current changes in public administration audit in Turkey, types of plans and planning approaches, planning tools in Turkey before and after 1961.
