The aim of the course is to enable students to comprehend the functioning of fictional and non-fictional narrative structures in visual communication, literary works, and performing arts within a theoretical and semiotic framework. The course aims to equip students with the ability to analyze the theoretical knowledge they acquire in fields such as new media, photography, and stage aesthetics.
Visual literacy, semiotics, dramatic structure, photography and stage aesthetics, scenography, body language, digital narratives, documentary narratives, advertising aesthetics, game design, VR/AR-based immersive narratives, visual ethics, and visual adaptations.
