Objectives of the Course

Theoretical developments in organizational learning and human resource development; effective human resource identification, analysis and development; designing programs for human health purposes for different environments; developing policies and procedures for educational curriculum development in an organizational perspective; requirement analysis, identification of educational goals, content identification and organization; teaching and downloading strategies.

Course Content

To gain the perspective of the students in all matters related to the employees of an operator within the scope of Human Resources Management.

1.Explain the basic concepts, scope, and strategic importance of human resource management for organizations.
2.Define the processes of job analysis, job description, job requirements, and human resource planning.
3.Evaluate recruitment, selection, placement, training and development, and performance evaluation processes within the context of human resource management.
4.Explain the effects of wage management, motivation theories, employee engagement, and employee-employer relations on organizational efficiency.
5.Interpret the basic legal regulations related to human resource management in terms of ethical principles and employee rights.
6.Relate human resource management practices to organizational culture, corporate communication, internal communication, and employee satisfaction.
7.Compare national and international human resource management practices at a basic level.
8.Develop basic competencies in job search skills, CV preparation, interview processes, and career planning.
