Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is a systematic way of explaining the concept of law and legal techniques .

Course Content

Social rules and the rule of law ; Law enforcement ; The source of positive law ; codification movements; legalization movements in Turkey ; case law ; the arms of positive law ; Branches of public law and private law ; The basis of law; The implementation of the law ; touch of the past state of the law; meaning of the law in terms of implementation ; legal relationships and rights; The types of rights ; eligible ; the nature and genesis of the legal person ; types of legal entities ; The subject of the right ; Acquisition and loss ; legal actions or proceedings; types of legal proceedings ; protection of rights ; intellectual and industrial property rights.
