Programme Outcomes
1.Defines and evaluates the processes of scientific knowledge production in the fields of Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising in terms of their methodological and technical dimensions.
2.Possesses knowledge of the theories, methods, strategies, and techniques of the fields of Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising.
3.In the fields of Communication, Public Relations, and Advertising, develops, implements, and evaluates appropriate strategies, methods, and techniques by taking into account the communicative characteristics, needs, and differences of individuals, groups, masses/audiences, or institutions.
4.Demonstrates professional-level proficiency in effectively and competently using the tools and media employed in communication, public relations, and advertising practice.
5.Recognizes the national, international, social, and intercultural dimensions of the fields of communication, public relations, and advertising, and analyzes how these dimensions affect communication processes.
6.Uses theoretical and practical knowledge related to the fields of communication, public relations, and advertising in an integrated manner; possesses the requisite knowledge of and sensitivity to occupational health and safety.
7.Understands the relationships among events and phenomena that arise within the fields of communication, public relations, and advertising, and can explain them with an analytical and critical approach.
8.Generates innovative and original ideas specific to the fields of communication, public relations, and advertising; develops, implements, and articulates these ideas using creative methods.
9.Designs, implements, and evaluates the communication, public relations, and advertising policies of individuals, groups, audiences, or institutions by developing appropriate methods and techniques that take strategic needs and differences into account.

23.Possesses the competence to plan public relations and advertising campaigns in the fields of communication, public relations, and advertising by taking into account the communication needs and differences of individuals, groups, or institutions.
24.Communicates effectively with stakeholders in professional contexts; evaluates and effectively manages public relations.
25.Is competent in matters of freedom of communication and expression, the universality of social rights, social justice, cultural values, environmental awareness, social responsibility, and quality; applies this competence in the planning and implementation of professional projects or activities.
