Objectives of the Course

To provide students with the intellectual and practical skills necessary to comprehend the radio and audiences, as well as the relationship between them.

Course Content

This course will be based on contemporary and historical radio programming as it relates to the audiences. The interaction between the two will be studied through the study of radio broadcasting and radio production rationale, audience habits and the social, cultural, economical and political context in which radio listening is embedded.
