Objectives of the Course

EU funds for regional development financial support through grants to create projects and new ideas, in order to ensure the possibility of realizing their dreams of entrepreneurs, primarily the EU member countries, candidate countries and then created a mechanism to provide support. Especially in the beginning of the negotiation process with the EU, Turkey IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession) and began to benefit from the amount of annual funding from the EU has more than doubled. The introduction of the IPA project applications to be taken, and the process of contracting for the operation of the Central Finance and Contracts Unit mandated in our country, so that the process has become much easier. The project calls for the EU to take advantage of EU funds announced by the conduct and complete the process to apply and the project is required. This course is intended to inform individuals in the process

Projects and programs funded by the European Union in Turkey, an EU-funded projects and programs under the grant opportunities, Turkey-EU Pre-Accession Financial Cooperation Process, the European Union Project Cycle Management (ProjectCycle Management), Logical Framework Matrix, Stakeholder Analysis, Problem Analysis,Target Analysis, Strategy Analysis The Grant Programs Application Form and its Annexes Preparation, Job Evaluation and Salary Management System, used in the determination of projects to be financed under the Grant Programs Review
