Objectives of the Course

Analysis of current logistics management issues.

Course Content

This course examines the planning and management of logistics services and supply chain activities. Introduction to physical distribution and logistics, logistics systems, logistics and supply chain management, order management and customer service, inventory management principles, distribution centers and warehousing, logistics cost analysis, information technology and electronic logistics are the main topics covered.
