It is aimed that students gain the ability to design environmentally sensitive and economically efficient logistics operations by analyzing waste management, recycling processes, and sustainability practices.
This course begins with the concept of reverse logistics and sustainability principles. Operational stages such as product return processes, recovery, remanufacturing, and waste disposal in businesses are examined in detail. In the following weeks, closed loop supply chain design, green logistics applications, and environmental legal regulations are discussed.
