Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the statistical data analysis process, select appropriate parametric and non-parametric hypothesis tests, ANOVA, chi-square tests, correlation, and regression analyses according to the data structure, apply them using a statistical software package, and interpret the results.

Course Content

This course covers the basic concepts of statistical data analysis, data types, scale types, data organization, summarization, and graphical presentation; point and interval estimation, hypothesis testing, parametric tests, ANOVA, chi-square tests, non-parametric tests, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The course emphasizes applying analyses using statistical software and interpreting the results.
