The aim of this course is to teach the concepts, techniques and methods that will help in the design, analysis and improvement of various operations in businesses. This introductory course provides a broad study of the key operations functions in service and manufacturing organizations. Operations Management covers the basic management information and methods necessary for the planning, coordinating, and controlling of all activities to design, produce and deliver quality goods and services to customers on time in most efficient way and at lowest cost.
