Learning Outcomes
1.Explain the decision-making process, basic concepts, types, and components of decision support systems.
2.Identify data, models, alternatives, criteria, constraints, and user requirements for decision support system design in logistics and business problems.
3.Develop decision support models using spreadsheet software and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses.
4.Apply multi-criteria decision-making, multi-objective programming, and optimization approaches within decision support systems.
5.Evaluate alternative solutions through simulation-based decision support systems and project applications, interpret results, and develop decision recommendations.
