Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to gain the ability to take an empirical study from the beginning to the end in experimental psychology and to show competence at all stages of the research in this process.

Course Content

Empirical research project based on empirical research under the supervision of a faculty member on topics such as perception, attention, remembering, forgetting, thinking, problem solving, language and motivation that the student will choose from the field of experimental psychology

1.Defines the variables used in experimental psychology, gives examples.
2.Acquires the ability to take a small scientific research from the ground up in experimental psychology.
3.Can search literature for use in experimental psychology research.
4.Identify and apply appropriate data collection tools in experimental psychology research.
5.Can analyze and report data.
6.Can discuss the findings with the previous scientific findings.
