To define histology, introduce routine histological techniques, describe the structure of the cell, and explain the general histological structures of epithelial, connective and supporting tissues, muscle, and nervous tissues.
This course includes the most frequently used techniques in histology, application principles; definition, shapes, and sizes of cells; detailed structure and functions of cytoplasm, organelles, and the nucleus; definition and major types of tissues, their microstructures and functions.
