Objectives of the Course

To learn classifications of adhesive systems and composite resins and enfection control. Ready to prepare the students by practice the restorations on human extracted teeth.

Course Content

Inlay, onlay, overlay and laminate restorations. Applicatin of Amalgam, Composite and Complex restorations on human extracted teeth.

Learning Outcomes
1.To be able to know adhesive systems
2.To be able to know composite resins
3.To be able to know the finishing and polishing procedures of dental restorations and the importance of that procedures and the materials and tools for that procedures
4.To be able to know how to achieve the restorations with dentin pins and will be able to know metal, composite, ceramic inlays and onlays and laminate restorations and the indications, contrindications and importance of these conservative restorations
5.To be able to know the failure reasons and will be able to know what to do for making minumum mistakes and maximize the rate of success of restorations
