Objectives of the Course

To teach the basic statistical concepts and methods with examples and applications specific to the field of health, to provide students to understand and evaluate the literature in their field statistically.

Course Content

Basic statistical concepts, Collection of data, Descriptive statistics, Tables and graphs, Probability, Introduction to analytical analysis, Student t tests, Mann-Whitney U & Wilcoxon T test, Chi square independence analysis, One way ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis test, Correlation analysis, Regression analysis
