Understandign the basic concepts about leadership process and know the behavioural properties about how to be a leader and improving the behavioural attitudes in leadership.
This course includes large group discussions, small group work, and experiential learning initiatives to include: (1)Tools and models to create a cultural shift in leadership in your organization, (2) A cultural shift organizationally and the opportunity to increase your day-today effectiveness as a leader, (3) The distinction between leadership and management and how to use both to your advantage within your organization, (4) Enhanced ability to recognize leadership opportunities on the job and to apply newly acquired leadership skills, behaviors and actions.
