| 1. | Being individuals, who depend on the main principles of Republic of Turkey and who are convenient for the main aims of Turkish national education system and also well informed and experienced in their field. |
| 2. | To have enough academic information about: description of the language, functions of language, grammar and basic concepts of the science of language, Qualifications of world languages, place of Turkish language among these languages, historical periods of Turkish language, sound and sound events, word attachments, word derivation paths, phrases, sentences, sentence elements, sentence types. |
| 3. | - To have adequate academic knowledge and theories of literature. |
| 4. | - To have adequate academic knowledge about Gokturk and Uyghur literatures, Divan literature, Sufi and folk literature. |
| 5. | - To have adequate academic knowledge about the new Turkish literature, world literature. |
| 6. | To have relevant knowledge and skills about Turkish language and literature; about transfer and application of teaching methods and techniques, which is necessary at reading listening, speaking, and writing and grammar areas to primary school education second grade level of students. |
| 7. | To have adequate knowledge and skills, which are necessary for the teaching profession, at the areas such as classroom management, assessment and evaluation, educational psychology, use of technology and materials, teaching principles and methods, laws and regulations governing the activities of educational institutions. |
| 8. | - To use Turkish, right, well and according to the effective speech rules, in a way which would allow better communication and understanding, and in an aesthetic manner. |
| 9. | By having comprehension, interpretation and analysis skills with enough information about Turkey’s Turkish sound science, the shape of science, syntax, semantics, to use his knowledge about this field for research and development. |
| 10. | To have skills about utilizing research methods and techniques relevant to Turkish teaching. |
| 11. | To know and teach Turkish methods and techniques to Turkish children abroad, Turkish children in the Balkans, foreigners and Turkish nobbles. |

| 13. | To have ability to use information and communication technologies together with computer software-hardware and communication technologies which is required for Turkish education. |
