Leadership theories will be addressed within the context of today's practices. Topics covered include the personal and organizational dimension of leadership in nursing, priorities, and the effects on the strategic decision-making process in nursing.
Topics include leadership power and influence in nursing, leadership types, team leadership, strategic leadership transformation and change leadership.
