The aim of this course is to have information about sleep hygiene and the importance of sleep for health, to raise awareness about sleep disorders and related health problems.
Examining the basic concepts and characteristics of sleep, the relationship between sleep and health, sleep hygiene and affecting factors, recognition and evaluation of sleep disorders and nursing care.
