The aim of this course is to ensure that students have sufficient knowledge about the development of children's literature, its contributions to child development and its types, how to distinguish qualified and unqualified works with examples examined both digitally and physically, and how to choose and use appropriate works according to age groups.
This course covers the importance of children's literature, its genres, choosing books according to age, the characteristics of genres, and how these genres should be used.
