Objectives of the Course

To provide students with the ability to apply basic techniques related to sailing.

Course Content

Course content; Historical development of sailing sport and basic concepts related to sailing, sailing sport racing rules, knots in sailing, importance and use of clothing in sailing, boat classes and parts, formation of wind, naming of winds, wind intensity, principle of sailing in sailing boats, boat equipment, sailing techniques and It covers the topics of turning techniques.
