The aim of this course is to enable students to acquire advanced exercise and training programming skills and to design safe, effective, and individualized exercise programs for different age groups, special populations, and individuals with various health conditions. The course covers the principles of high-intensity interval training and periodization, return-to-exercise processes following injury and rehabilitation, strategies for managing overload and recovery, and exercise applications for children, older adults, women, individuals with metabolic and cardiovascular diseases, neurological disorders, cancer patients, and individuals with disabilities. Additionally, the course aims to provide fundamental knowledge and skills related to organization, management, and safety in fitness facilities.
This course covers the design of high-intensity interval training programs, principles of periodization, return-to-exercise processes following injury and rehabilitation, strategies for managing overload, overtraining, and recovery, and exercise applications for different age groups and special populations. The course also addresses exercise programming approaches for children, older adults, women, individuals with metabolic and nutrition-related conditions, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, orthopedic and neurological disorders, cancer patients, and individuals with disabilities. In addition, theoretical and practical knowledge related to organization, management, and safety in fitness facilities is provided.
