Objectives of the Course

To comprehend the adaptation of physiological systems to exercise.

Energy systems, respiratory and circulatory systems, heart, muscle, and hormonal structures the relationship between exercise.

1.To learn the acute and chronic reactions of the physiological systems to the exhaust.
2.Physiological bases of performance related physical fitness parameters
3.Performance related physical fitness parameters can be learned and applied to measurement methods.
4.To compare the physiological responses of individuals with different physical activity levels and gender to variable intensity and comprehensive exercises.
