Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to learn the basic concepts of badminton, to learn the historical development of badminton, to learn the basic techniques of racket holding and basic posture.

Course Content

This course; The course aims to teach the historical development of badminton and the materials used, to teach the types of racket holding and basic posture techniques, to improve the coordination of the ball-racket, to meet the racket and the errors occurring, the service waiting position, the application of the basic posture techniques in the play area. .
