Bu dersin hedefi; Hentbolde antrenörlük, felsefesinin, antrenman yöntemlerinin öğrenmesini, takım savunma ve hücum planlarını geliştirilip oyun içerisinde amacına uygun olarak kullanılmasını öğretir.
Hentbolde antrenörlük felsefesini, motivasyon ve oyunculamasında, antrenman geliştirici yöntemlerinin ısınma- soğuma, kuvvetin orada, çekirdek antrenman, ısıtma sistemi yöntemlerini, maksimum kuvveti geliştirici tasarımı, takım hücum ve savunmasını içerir.
