Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course; To teach the philosophy of handball, the methods of training, to develop team defense and offensive systems and to use them appropriately in the game

Course Content

It includes the philosophy of coaching in handball, motivation and relations with players, warming-cooling from training-enhancing methods, strength training, core training, weight training methods, maximum strength enhancing methods, team attack and defense.

4.To be able to apply individual, group and team attack and defense movements in handball
5. Screening of athletes suitable for handball and their competitions in clubs
