Objectives of the Course

Teaching the aims of basic applications and theories.

Course Content

Giving information about the lesson and explaining the objectives of the lesson, historical development of boxing, rules, field and material knowledge, AIBA regulation, determination of basic skills, determination of energy systems used, characteristics of muscle fiber types and its development for boxing, nutrition in training and competition period, determination of weight and adjusting the weight
