Objectives of the Course

To teach the basic techniques of massage theoretically and practically, to give the students the ability to apply the basic manipulation techniques used in massage correctly at the end of the course.

Course Content

It includes the history of massage, its physiological effects, indications and contraindications, materials used in massage and basic manipulation techniques (equipage, petrization, vibration, tapotman, friction). Also, massage practices in sports are mentioned.
